Dehydrates moving up

Recently we see movement in the market for dehydrated vegetables. Chinese garlic is firming up as well as dehydrated onion from India.

Chinese dehydrated garlic products (powder, granules and flakes) are increasing in price since last week. With still 6 months to go until the new crop stocks are declining in China. We have noticed that a lot of importers are not fully covered yet until the new crop in September. In our opinion it has no use to speculate, for Chinese dehydrates
